To those who actually read this sucker, I'm afraid I don't have much to comment on when it comes to new and exciting things that have happened over these last couple weeks.
I've become obsessed with cooking. I blame it on the movie Julie & Julia but for one reason or another it made me hungry for homemade food and I haven't stopped cooking since. I went a little too far and bought Julia Child's cookbook which is waaaayyyy out of my league. That and I don't think the local grocery stores have enough butter in stock to support me concocting all those recipes. Butter, cheese, and cream. 90% of the ingredients in every one of her recipes. That's why everything she makes is so amazing. Keep it simple...and forget about lowfat. Happiness is inevitable.
My cousin Kim is coming out to Boulder next weekend for a visit. Couldn't be more excited about that. I'm going to do my best at convincing her never to leave. If only I specialized in hypnosis.
This weekend is Valentine's... bring on the romance! Whatever that maybe. I'm looking forward the the 3 day weekend and lots and lots of sleeping in, movies, and relaxing with Jason. Triple threat.
